Step-by-Step Guide to Launching a Chapter
1. Market Research
Map out the GTM landscape in your city
Identify key SaaS companies, influencers, founders, and revenue operators
Assess meetup competition, potential attendees, and community gaps
2. Build Local Partnerships
Connect with co-working spaces, VCs, accelerators, and GTM communities
Find venue partners and snack sponsors (or offer sponsorship packages)
3. Secure a Venue
Prioritize spaces with good A/V, central location, and room for 50–200
Ideal spots: startup offices, coworking spaces, or event venues
4. Curate Content
Plan speaker lineups that reflect GTM innovation and collaboration
